Vancouver Summer Pride August 4 – 7, 2017

Vancouver sizzles this August as Summer Pride returns to the city. There is so much to see and do. Here is a quick snapshot of some of the Pride Celebrations you will want to check out:

Fri., Aug. 4th – Davie Street Dance Party from 6PM until Midnight

Join Vancouver Pride Society for the biggest event in the West End – the Davie Street Party! Presented by Fido, there will be multiple stages, lots of food from the many businesses along Davie Street, and great new art installations.

Sat., Aug. 5th – Terry Wallace Memorial Breakfast from 8AM until Noon

Join us at Jim Deva Plaza (Davie + Bute St) to help honour one of the founders of Pride. There will be yummy pancakes and lots of other goodies, as well as great community.

Big Pride Weekend 2017

Love and Freedom’s signature party returns to Vancouver’s best private event venue – the spectacular Imperial Vancouver – with incredible sound, a massive projection screen and a huge stage for the evening’s entertainment. International hit-maker Yinon Yahel (Isreal), the master and pioneer of the Tel Aviv sound headlines the event with a special opening set by Vancouver favourite DJ Del Stamp!

Sun., Aug. 6th 39th Annual Vancouver Pride Parade 12PM – 3PM

39th Vancouver Pride Parade

Come show your pride at one of the largest Pride Parades in Canada!

The Pride Parade is a staple of the Vancouver summer calendar, and with 130+ parade entries, there will lots of amazing floats you won’t want to miss. Come for the amazing floats, fun colours, and to show what pride means to you.

The parade will start on Robson, turn down Denman, and turns onto Beach Ave where it will finish where Beach merges with Pacific. Join us at Sunset Beach if you’d like to continue the celebrations.

Sun., Aug. 6th BIG PRIDE TEA 3PM – 7PM False Creek Yacht Club

After the parade join us for the BIG PRIDE TEA-DANCE in a spectacular indoor-outdoor waterfront venue with stunning views of False Creek and English Bay through floor to ceiling windows inside and from the glorious rooftop deck!. Pride BBQ and drink specials all afternoon with warm happy beats served by Vancouver Phenom DJ Quest and Guest DJ Bret Law(Seattle)!
