On Tuesday – take the free shuttle from the village to Whistler’s best and only Lakefront dining experience. Aura at Nita Lake Lodge combines traditional French cooking techniques with a love of west coast ingredients. Executive Chef James Olberg creates approachable local flavours with a modern, innovative twist. On Wednesday – 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar is a locally owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of Whistler Village. The second story location offers stunning views of the village and surrounding mountains, while warm wood tones and local photography enhance the atmosphere within. On Thursday – The First Nations Winter Feast at Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre offers a delicious indigenous-inspired meal paired with stunning powwow performances by the Wells Family (Lil’wat Nation). This unique evening includes after-hours access to the museum and gift shop. Arrive at 5.15pm to grab a drink before joining the optional guided tour at 5.30pm – dinner and welcome starts at 6pm.
